quality is good but it does pill

As mentioned anti-pill, not true for me it pills a little not too much but even a little counts other than that the quality is amazing and anything I make is so soft, also I have a huge issue please solve this, when ever I use the middle tail there are freaking many knots like when I make something I spend 15 minutes of 2 hours just in solving the knots, please please fix that

It’s possible that the fibers you’re observing are loose ones from the yarn, which is natural and not an indicator of pilling.
