Shipping within India

Your order will be sent to our warehouse for packing at 8 am the next working day following your order placement. You can expect a delay if it's a Sunday, a long weekend, a sale, or a national holiday. Depending on your location / proximity to Mumbai, delivery can take 1-14 days. Any concerns or claims related to the delivery must be brought forward within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date based on tracking details. Regrettably, we will not be able to entertain disputes raised after this specified period.

We only accept prepaid orders and offer all leading online payment options like Indian and International Credit card and Debit card, Net banking as well as UPI and leading wallets.

Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors.

In most cases we do not accept custom designs unless you are a wholesaler able to meet our minimums. Nevertheless you can contact us with the details and we will try our best to meet your requirment.

On rare occasions an item may not be available and should this occur, we will contact you and inform you regarding the delay. In case of hand knitted products, if the yarn is available with us, we will hand-knit one for you on priority. This may delay the shipment by a day or two hence we will contact you and take your prior approval.

If the above is not possible, we will contact you and refund you the full amount to your original mode of payment.
