All orders received today will be packed the following day and dispatched the next day. You can expect a delay if it's a Sunday, a long weekend, a sale, or a national holiday. Depending on your location / proximity to Mumbai, delivery can take 1-10 days.
Free Shipping is available for orders above ₹499 except Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu and Kashmir, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura where the minimum order value for free shipping is ₹999.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We only accept prepaid orders and offer all leading online payment options like Indian and International Credit card and Debit card, Net banking as well as UPI and leading wallets.
Do your photos on the site match the product exactly?
Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors.
Can I order a custom size or a custom colour to existing design?
In most cases we do not accept custom designs unless you are a wholesaler able to meet our minimums. Nevertheless you can contact us with the details and we will try our best to meet your requirment.
What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?
On rare occasions an item may not be available and should this occur, we will contact you and inform you regarding the delay. In case of hand knitted products, if the yarn is available with us, we will hand-knit one for you on priority. This may delay the shipment by a day or two hence we will contact you and take your prior approval.
If the above is not possible, we will contact you and refund you the full amount to your original mode of payment.
When will my order be shipped / How long will it take for my item to arrive?
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hrs excluding Sundays & public holidays. All orders are shipped via leading logistic partners e.g. Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, India Post, DHL etc. Post-dispatch it should take anywhere between 2-10 days for domestic and 15-20 days for international location depending on your proximity to our location i.e. Mumbai. We will update you with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
We request your co-operation if there is a delay caused at the courier partner’s end and be rest assured we are always here to assist.
Don’t accept the package if it is damaged - If you decide to accept it, remember to mention it in the delivery note before you are asked to sign off on the delivery.
Always, take a video of the package and unpacking process - We need this proof to raise a claim with the courier partner without which we won’t be able to offer compensation for any damage or missing items.
I entered in the wrong address, what do I do?
Contact us immediately. In many cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.
I need to cancel my order.
All orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. If you would like to add something to your order, please place a new order.
We also don’t accept merge requests for two or more orders. Since all our orders are insured we dont add/modify or merge orders. For instance, if a parcel is lost, the courier company will only cover the original order and not merged/modified orders.

We always strive hard to provide the best experience to our customers. However, we have noticed that few accounts abuse our payment option and or returns policy. These accounts typically return most of the items bought wherever return is applicable or choose to not accept our shipments. Hence, our regular customers are deprived of the opportunity to buy these items. To protect the rights of our customers, we reserve the right to disable accounts which have high percentage of returns and shipments not accepted.
