Shipping policy

At Magic Needles, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders, whether domestic or international. All confirmed orders enter our fulfilment queue and are processed and packed from 8:00 AM on the next working day after order placement. Dispatch normally takes place the following working day. Orders placed on Sundays, national holidays, or during peak sale periods may experience delays.

1. Shipping Within India

Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery is typically within 2 to 14 business days, depending on your location and proximity to Mumbai.

Please note:

  • Non-Serviceable Zones (NSZ): Orders to areas not serviced by major logistics partners such as Delhivery or DTDC are shipped via India Post. Delivery may take up to 15 business days.
  • General Delays: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or other unforeseen delays.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.

Dispute Timeline

Any delivery-related concerns must be reported within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date as per tracking. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery update. We are unable to investigate beyond this period.


2. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries and continue to expand our serviceable regions.

International delivery typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your country and customs clearance timelines.

Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. Shipping starts at 1 kg and increases per kilogram. We recommend optimizing your order weight for best value.

3. Important Delivery Guidelines

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and WhatsApp images immediately to +91 98202 93979.

Unboxing Video Required

Share a complete unpacking video (one continuous video from opening the parcel to identifying the issue). A complete unpacking video is mandatory for investigation, refunds, replacements, and courier insurance claims. Requests without this cannot be processed.
