1. Membership Tiers & Benefits

Magic Needles offers two membership plans:

• Magic Circle Membership – ₹499
Earn 10% Store Credits on every yarn purchase.
90 Days Validity for uninterrupted savings.

Store credits are added automatically to your Magic Needles account once your order is fulfilled or shipped.

2. Membership Fees & Duration

• Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Membership is valid for the specified duration from the date of purchase.
• Once expired, users must purchase a new membership to continue earning store credits.
• Upgrading or switching between memberships is not possible. If a new membership is purchased while an existing one is active, the new membership will replace the current one, and only the higher plan (Magic Circle) will apply automatically.
• The new membership validity will start from the date of purchase, and the remaining duration of the previous membership will not be compensated.

3. Renewal & Cancellation Policy

• Memberships do not renew automatically.
• Memberships cannot be canceled or refunded by the member once purchased.
• Magic Needles reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership in case of misuse, fraud, bulk buying, resale activity, or any violation of these terms.
• In such cases, Magic Needles may, at its sole discretion, revoke the membership without any refund and forfeit any unused or previously earned store credits.
• If a membership is terminated due to a violation of these terms, no refund, compensation, or reinstatement will be provided.

4. Membership Usage & Restrictions

• Store credits are earned only on yarn purchases.
• Tools, kits, and accessories do not qualify unless specified during a special promotion.
• If you use store credits to pay for yarn, that portion of your purchase will be proportionately excluded from earning new store credits. Example: If your order total is ₹1,000 and you pay ₹200 using store credits, you will earn credits only on the remaining ₹800.
• Store credits are added after an order is fulfilled or shipped.
• Memberships are non-transferable and strictly for personal use.
• Memberships cannot be used for bulk purchasing or resale.
• Any attempt to use the membership for resale, commercial use, bulk trading, or indirect resale (including purchasing on behalf of others for profit) will be treated as a violation of these terms.
• If such activity is identified or reasonably suspected, Magic Needles reserves the right to immediately revoke the membership and cancel, withdraw, or forfeit all accumulated store credits, without prior notice.
• Magic Needles may also restrict or block the associated customer account from future membership benefits.
• Store credits are valid indefinitely and can be used on any product.
• Store credits are not redeemable for cash.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal data collected during membership registration will be handled as per Magic Needles’ Privacy Policy.
• Magic Needles ensures that member information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Liability & Technical Issues

• Magic Needles is not responsible for technical issues, server downtime, or payment failures affecting membership benefits or credit allocation.
• In case of discrepancies related to store credits, Magic Needles’ decision will be final and binding.
• Store credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash.
• Magic Needles reserves the right to investigate any account for suspected misuse, bulk buying, or resale activity. The company’s decision in such matters will be final and binding.
