By purchasing a membership with Magic Needles, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Magic Needles reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Membership Tiers & Benefits

• Magic Loop Membership – ₹299
5% Additional Discount on all yarns, including during sales.
60 Days Validity for uninterrupted savings.
• Magic Circle Membership – ₹499
10% Additional Discount on all yarns, including during sales.
90 Days Validity for uninterrupted savings.

2. Membership Fees & Duration
• Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Membership is valid for the specified duration from the date of purchase.
• Once expired, users must manually renew their membership to continue availing the benefits.
• Upgrading or switching between memberships is not possible. If a new membership is purchased while an active one is running, the new membership will replace the current one. The validity will start from the purchase date, and the remaining duration of the older membership will not be compensated.

3. Renewal & Cancellation Policy
• Membership does not renew automatically. Members must repurchase a plan after expiration.
• Membership cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased, for any reason.
• Magic Needles reserves the right to cancel a membership at its sole discretion if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected. If a membership is canceled by Magic Needles, a pro-rata refund may be provided at the company’s discretion.

4. Membership Usage & Restrictions
• Membership discounts apply only to yarns and cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or coupon codes unless explicitly stated.
• Membership is non-transferable and is strictly for personal use. Sharing an account or benefits with others is not allowed.
• Membership cannot be used for bulk purchasing or resale purposes. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of the membership without a refund.
• Membership discounts do not cover shipping fees. Standard shipping charges will apply as per Magic Needles’ shipping policy.

5. Data Protection & Privacy
• Personal data collected during membership registration will be handled as per Magic Needles’ Privacy Policy.
• Magic Needles ensures that member information is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

6. Liability & Technical Issues
• Magic Needles is not responsible for any technical glitches, server downtime, or payment failures that may affect the membership purchase or benefits.
• Any disputes related to membership benefits will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, and the company’s decision will be final.

7. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
• Magic Needles reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via the website or email.
• Continued use of the membership after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
