Magic Needles offers two membership plans:
• Magic Loop Membership – ₹299. Earn 5% Store Credits on every yarn purchase. 60 Days Validity for uninterrupted savings.
• Magic Circle Membership – ₹499. Earn 10% Store Credits on every yarn purchase. 90 Days Validity for uninterrupted savings.

If you happen to buy both Magic Loop and Magic Circle — only the higher plan (Magic Circle) will apply automatically, ensuring you enjoy the maximum benefits and savings.

Only one membership can be active at a time. If you purchase a new one, it will replace your current membership, and the new validity period will begin from the date of purchase.

You’ll earn store credits on all yarn purchases made with regular payment methods. Tools, kits, and accessories don’t qualify unless included in a special promotion. If you use store credits for part of your payment, that part just won’t earn new credits.

For example: If you spend ₹1,000 on yarn and pay ₹200 with store credits, you’ll earn credits only on the remaining ₹800.

Yes — once earned, your store credits can be used toward any product on Magic Needles, including yarns, tools, accessories, and kits.

Yes, absolutely! Store credits act like money in your Magic Wallet, not like a discount. You can use them along with any ongoing offers or discounts at checkout.

Example: If your order total is ₹800 and you use ₹100 Store Credits, you’ll pay ₹700 — but your order will still be considered ₹800 for free-shipping eligibility.

Store credits are automatically added to your account once your order is fulfilled or shipped. Your store credit balance appears in your account under My Profile.

No — your store credits never expire. Use them anytime for future purchases, big or small.

After expiry, you’ll stop earning new store credits — but any credits already in your account will remain valid and can be used anytime.

Memberships are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once purchased. We encourage you to make the most of your benefits during your active membership period.
