RETURNS & Refunds

Our policy lasts 7 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your order for a refund within the first 7 days from delivery. The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached. To complete your return, we require the original invoice as proof of purchase.

Hobby Store products and/or products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
* Obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In case your package returns (RTO) for any of the following reasons, 2 way shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount:
1. Consignee address incorrect.
2. Consignee phone incorrect.
3. Consignee not available. Three (3) attempts of delivery will be made by our courier company.
4. Consignee refused to accept.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
