Rugged cotton yarn by Kotton is perfect for crochet rugs, carpets, dining mats, coasters, dream catchers, wall hangings, dishcloths, wash cloth, mandalas, handbags and tote bags, bottle holders, jar covers, market bags, etc. Dark coloured mercerized cotton yarn tend to bleed and lose colour for the first couple of washes, so make sure you wash them separately in cold water only. Don't use strong detergent and dont soak for long. Also, slight differences in temperature, dyeing time, and other factors can result in different shades of the same color between different dye lots of otherwise identical production so we would suggest you buy enough yarn of the same dye-lot to complete your project. Note: Color appearing on the screen and the actual thread color may differ.

I loved working with this yarn

This yarn works well with hook size 4,4.5,5mm but to get the best textured look i would suggest using 5mm hook as I've done for this project. It is a soft yarn with subtle colors. The weave is also good enough that the threads don't come off easily if you accidentally insert the hook through the thread.
